Q:How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Every single piece is handcrafted, and handmade takes time! Expect between 12-14 business days before your item is shipped
Q: What shipping provider do you use?
A: Your order will be shipped via USPS. Once it is shipped, you will be provided a tracking number to keep tabs on your order. Keep in mind, once your package is in the USPS system it is officially out of my control, so any issues regarding shipping from that point on will need to be handled via USPS.
Q: What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
A: If your package is lost during delivery, this is something that I cannot help with (though I wish I could!) and will need to be handled via your local post office. If they are still unable to help you with your package, please reach back out to me so that we can reassess your order!
Q: What is your exchange/return policy?
A: We accept exchanges/returns on items within 14 days of being received and as long as they have not been worn. Personalized items cannot be returned/exchanged unless your item is not as ordered or is damaged. For any questions regarding this, please use our Contact Us page!
